Role Description
The 3D Artist role at CBuilt7 is a full-time, on-site position based in London. In this role, the artist will create high-quality 3D assets and environments for architectural visualizations, virtual walkthroughs, and immersive VR experiences. Daily responsibilities include:

The artist will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and developers to translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives and ensure that all assets meet performance and aesthetic standards. The role also involves:
- Iterating on feedback
- Optimizing assets for real-time rendering
- Maintaining a consistent visual style across projects
Qualifications
- Strong 3D modeling skills, with proven experience in creating architectural assets and environments.
- Proficiency in Blender for asset creation, scene assembly, and rendering.
- Ability to apply high-quality texturing and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
- Experience with lighting setups for both still renders and real-time interactive scenes.
- Knowledge of rigging for objects or simple characters used in interactive experiences.
- Understanding of real-time rendering workflows and optimization for web and VR platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant 3D work, ideally in architecture, real estate, or visualization.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education or training in 3D art, digital media, game design, architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
