Who we are
BodyVerse builds games on the frontier of connecting with virtual bodies. We believe that technology is on a path to deepen the connection between us and virtual characters. This path will take us to very interesting places for the next twenty years. We would like to be the game company that builds the frontier along the way.
Our first game is a dance game aimed at a younger demographic (10-18 year olds) on the Roblox platform, releasing late 2026. The idea is that you have a dance party/battle with your friends in a cool space.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for 2-3 3D artists to make outfits and environments for the game. We're open to all levels of seniority, whether you are straight out of college or been in it for 30 years. We just want to work with cool people who are excited to do great work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're a remote team, and flexible with terms: we're open to whether you want to do this full-time, contract, part-time. We aim to pay market rate.
Our HR strategy: Humans gotta human
We need different things from work, and work structure, to "do you". We will accommodate anything you need to do you. If you do you, we will end up making great games. This is the guiding principle for why we're flexible with terms.
Games are hard to make. They give us memorable experiences, the kind that stay with us our entire lives. Great games are made by teams of humans. We want to work with cool people. The principle is to pay market rate while preserving your spoons so you can thrive.

The company's approach to AI and art
Art needs to have soul for it to be memorable. We're aiming to make memorable experiences, so all art in our game is made by humans.
Our artists also work with AI coding tools; not to make art, but to get the art they have made working in the game. All our artists are technical artists. You might not be technical yourself, but you bring the art and we bring the technical.
Our guiding principle is: Where we need soul, we don't use AI. Where we need scale, we use AI. E.g. we'll use AI to write code for a particle decay curve, but won't use AI to make images of the particles itself.
