TINK TEAM is growing, and we’re looking for an IT / Technical Recruiter

TINK TEAM is a UK-based remote game studio developing multiple PC/Steam titles with an international team of developers, artists, animators, designers, producers, and other specialists. We are looking for an IT / Technical Recruiter who can help us find strong technical talent for our expanding indie game portfolio.

What You’ll Do

You will take ownership of sourcing and initial recruitment for technical and production-focused roles, including:

  • Unity Developers
  • Gameplay / Multiplayer Developers
  • Technical Artists
  • VFX Artists
  • UI/UX Designers
  • 3D Artists & Animators
  • Producers / Project Managers
  • QA and other game-development specialists

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and relevant platforms
  • Identifying candidates who fit both the technical requirements and TINK TEAM's working model
  • Conducting initial candidate conversations and screenings
  • Building and maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline
  • Coordinating interviews with our producers, leads, and management team
  • Keeping candidate communication clear and professional
  • Helping us improve our recruitment process as the studio continues to scale

Who We’re Looking For

We’d especially like to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in IT, technical, or game-industry recruitment
  • Understand technical roles such as Unity Developer, Technical Artist, VFX Artist, or similar positions
  • Are comfortable actively sourcing candidates rather than only managing incoming applications
  • Have strong communication and people skills
  • Can work independently in a remote environment
  • Are organized and comfortable managing several open positions at the same time
  • Have good written and spoken English

Experience recruiting specifically for the video game industry is a strong advantage.

About Our Working Model

TINK TEAM operates with a revenue-share-based contributor model. This is not a traditional salaried recruitment position at this stage. Compensation is structured around an agreed revenue-share arrangement connected to the studio and its projects. We want this to be completely clear from the beginning so that applicants understand the model before entering the recruitment process.
