About SpAItial
SpAItial is pioneering Physically-grounded World Models, a new AI paradigm designed to generate and reason about the appearance and physics of real and imagined environments. We are moving beyond 2D pixels to build models that natively understand the geometry of our world, redefining how industries from robotics and AR/VR to gaming and cinema create and interact with 3D environments.
About the Role
We are looking for a 3D Content Creator & Social Lead to show clearly and creatively what SpAItial’s models can do. You will turn raw model outputs, product features, and research breakthroughs into 3D prototypes, clean captures, short-form videos, launch films, tutorials, and stories for a broad audience.
You will own our organic social presence across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube: what we publish, how it looks and sounds, the cadence, and the audience we build. This is a hands-on creative role. You will generate ideas, make the work, publish it, engage the community, and learn from the response.
You will work directly with our researchers and product engineers, getting early access to new models and turning rough outputs into polished, memorable artefacts. We care far more about what you have made and the audience you have built than where you have worked.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow our social presence. Run SpAItial’s organic channels across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including the content calendar, copy, publishing cadence, and channel quality. Develop repeatable series and lightweight production systems, then use performance and community signals to improve concepts and distribution.
- Create 3D content. Find compelling ideas in our models and products, explore the outputs, choose strong viewpoints and sequences, and turn them into clean captures and stories people understand.
- Produce video and tutorials. Make weekly short-form clips, product demos, launch films, showreels, behind-the-scenes pieces, and instructional content.
- Prototype new use cases. Imagine what 3D foundation models can enable, then turn those ideas into quick prototypes with agents and other emerging tools. Explore new creative workflows, products, and ways to interact with generated worlds; coding is welcome but not required.
- Manage and grow the community. Respond to comments and messages, moderate conversations, highlight community work, build creator relationships, surface product feedback, and help run creator programs, workshops, and jams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
