Description

Attention Industrial Designers and creative CAD Designers — we're expanding our Design Department and we want to hear from you.

Almost 100% of what we build is completely custom — so thinking outside the box is a daily requirement, not a buzzword. Your drawings will be built by a world-class fabrication team right down the hall. If you love precision, thrive on variety, and want to see your technical work become real tangible things, this role was made for you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Culton Companies designs, fabricates, and installs award-winning trade show exhibits, commercial interiors, and museum environments — and our Production Designers are the technical bridge that makes it all possible. You'll create the precise construction documents and assembly instructions that allow our fabrication team to build at the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and speed. You'll also continuously look for better materials and smarter methods to improve quality and reduce costs — with 250,000 sq ft of fabrication capability right down the hall to prove your ideas work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Produce accurate construction documents, 3D models, and assembly instructions for fully custom exhibit, interior, and museum builds
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce material costs, and streamline production
  • Research and specify better materials and fabrication methods as new options emerge
  • Communicate across the full project team — clients, sales, design, production, and exhibit management
  • Participate actively in project team reviews — every project is collaborative and team-based

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
