Job Role
This role focuses on producing high-quality 3D landscape and pool renderings for residential and commercial projects using Pool Studios, VIP3D, or Structure Studios. The position is fully remote and requires immediate availability to deliver initial work within a tight deadline. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a portfolio demonstrating realistic landscape renderings, and the ability to interpret design briefs efficiently. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure all visualizations meet client expectations and industry standards.
Deliverables
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings of pool and landscape designs exclusively using Pool Studios, VIP3D, or Structure Studios.
- Deliver initial project renderings within 3 days of assignment.
- Revise and refine renderings based on feedback to achieve client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows.
- Communicate progress and address any technical challenges promptly.

Requirements
- Proven experience in 3D landscape and pool rendering, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Pool Studios, VIP3D, or Structure Studios (renderings from other software will not be accepted).
- Strong understanding of landscape architecture, pool design, and spatial visualization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work environment.
- Full-time availability for contract work.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, realistic visuals.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable hardware for rendering tasks.
