At egg we make experiences. Real ones.

The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.

We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.

We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.

Which brings us to you

You don't just create beautiful renders. You design environments that shape how people move, interact, learn and experience a brand. Whether it's a conference stage, exhibition space, immersive activation or corporate event, you understand how to turn creative ideas into meaningful live experiences.

You combine creativity with practicality. You can think conceptually, develop ideas that excite clients and work closely with production teams to ensure those ideas can actually be delivered.

You're curious, collaborative and always exploring new technologies, including AI, to improve how creative work gets done.

What you'll be doing

  • Create innovative 3D concepts for conferences, events, exhibitions, brand activations and immersive experiences
  • Transform creative briefs into compelling spatial designs, attendee journeys, stage concepts and event environments
  • Develop mood boards, sketches, renderings and presentations that clearly communicate ideas during pitches and project development
  • Partner closely with Creative, Production and Technical teams to ensure concepts are both impactful and feasible
  • Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients, adapting ideas based on feedback and project objectives
  • Contribute to creative innovation by exploring emerging technologies, AI tools and new approaches to experience design

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
