Ready to create experiences that make brands impossible to ignore?
We’re looking for a creatively curious 3D Experiential Designer to join Spiro’s global creative team.
You’ll turn strategy and ideas into distinctive environments, audience journeys and connected experiences across brand activations, live events and large-scale conferences.
You’ll bring at least three years’ experience, strong spatial thinking and a portfolio that goes beyond beautiful design. We want to see ideas that create emotion, encourage interaction and build Brand Gravity.
You’ll also be confident using AI and emerging creative tools to explore possibilities, accelerate ideation and bring your thinking to life.
This is a UK-based role with flexible remote and hybrid working, offering the opportunity to work on global projects. You’ll also benefit from a defined creative career path, private healthcare and eligibility for our company bonus scheme.
Senior 3D Experience Designer
Create experiences that build Brand Gravity.
This is all about you
You see space as more than something to fill. You see its potential to create emotion, encourage interaction and bring brands closer to the people who matter.
- You are a collaborative and creatively curious 3D experiential designer, capable of taking an idea from initial thinking through to clear, compelling articulation.
- You can translate strategy and creative concepts into distinctive environments, audience journeys and connected experiences.
- You combine imagination with practicality, developing ideas that are visually powerful, purposeful and deliverable.
- You are confident using AI and emerging creative tools to explore possibilities, accelerate ideation and enhance how ideas are developed and communicated.
You are excited by the opportunity to work alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, strategists, fellow designers, producers and technical specialists across brand activations, events and large-scale conferences for both B2C and B2B audiences.
You understand that the strongest experiences do more than look good. They build Brand Gravity, creating moments that attract attention, deepen connection and inspire action.
You are restless in your curiosity, generous with your ideas and committed to the detail. You enjoy solving problems, testing possibilities and developing concepts from the first spark through to a fully realised experience.
If that sounds like you, we should talk.
Who are we?
Spiro is a global experiential agency. We create experiences and platforms that build Brand Gravity, helping brands form stronger, more meaningful connections with the people who matter to them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
