Role Description
The 3D Generalist will work full time in a remote capacity, contributing to the visual and technical aspects of game assets and environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Creating a range of hard surface and organic models in Blender
- Texturing using Substance Painter
- Ensuring everything is game ready for Unreal Engine

You will be collaborating with other team members to ensure assets are optimized and that the look of the game remains consistent.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Blender for hard surface and organic modelling.
- Knowledge of how to use Substance Painter for texturing.
- Understanding of real-time rendering workflows and game engines (Unreal Engine).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D work relevant to games or interactive media.
- Familiarity with version control tools and asset management pipelines is a plus.
- Comfort with profit-share compensation structures and working in a startup or indie game context.
