Overclockin Studios
Overclockin Studios is a London-based creative studio making visual content for the NewSpace, aerospace, deep tech, and advanced technology sectors. Most of our work so far has been with space companies, and it stays central to what we do, but we also help engineering and deep tech teams explain complex technology to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
We are looking for a 3D Generalist to work autonomously on assigned projects while collaborating closely with our creative direction. We are building relationships with collaborators we can bring onto future work, so we are especially interested in people open to ongoing projects.
What you'll be doing
- Creating technically accurate 3D animations of satellites, spacecraft, robotic systems, and advanced engineering hardware
- Building photorealistic renders and sequences that communicate engineering concepts clearly
- Editing and compositing footage in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
- Image and graphic work in Photoshop for presentations and promotional material

What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Blender preferred; Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or Houdini also valued)
- Solid video editing skills, ideally in DaVinci Resolve
- Image editing in Photoshop or similar tools
- Command of composition, lighting, colour theory, and timing
- The judgement to tell strong work from mediocre execution
- Experience with technical or engineering-focused animation that respects real-world physics and constraints
- Bonus: previous work in aerospace, aviation, industrial, or technical visualisation
