π§ Reports to: Head of Post-Production
π· Salary: Β£35,000βΒ£42,000 DOE
π Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
π About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning independent creative agency with over 15 years of experience delivering standout work across sport, FMCG, tourism, and fashion. They're looking for a talented 3D Generalist / Animator to join their growing creative team and help bring ambitious ideas to life through 3D design, animation, and visual storytelling.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable creating in 3D and making it move. You'll work across a wide variety of projects, producing everything from beautifully crafted 3D visuals and motion-led content through to more character-focused animation where required.
Whether you're building a world, animating an object, developing a visual sequence, or bringing a character to life, you'll know how to combine technical skill with creative instinct to produce work that looks seriously good.
Working closely with the Head of Post-Production and wider creative team, you'll take ideas from concept through to final delivery. Strong 3D capability is essential, but so is the ability to animate. This isn't a role for someone who only wants to model or only wants to animate, you'll need to be comfortable working across both.
IMPORTANT: This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. You'll be managing multiple projects, working to tight deadlines, and collaborating across a busy creative team. If you like it calm and predictable, this probably isn't the role for you.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
