π About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning independent creative agency with over 15 years of experience delivering standout work across sport, FMCG, tourism and fashion. They're looking for a talented 3D Modeller / Texture Artist to join their growing creative team and help bring products, objects and creative concepts to life in stunning photoreal detail.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the craft of 3D. From building highly accurate models to creating textures and materials that make an object feel completely believable, you'll play a key role in producing premium visual content for a wide range of exciting brands.
Working closely with the Head of Post-Production and wider creative team, you'll take ideas and references and turn them into beautifully crafted 3D assets. You'll need a strong eye for shape, proportion, materials, lighting and detail, alongside the technical ability to create work that looks as convincing as the real thing.
IMPORTANT: This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. You'll be managing multiple projects, working to tight deadlines and collaborating across a busy creative team. If you like it calm and predictable, this probably isn't the role for you.
π― What You'll Be Doing
π§ 3D Modelling & Product Creation
- Creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D models of products, objects and environments
- Building accurate models with exceptional attention to shape, scale, proportion and detail
- Taking projects from initial references and creative concepts through to finished 3D assets
- Creating models suitable for use across campaigns, advertising, digital content and wider creative projects
- Ensuring all assets are technically sound, visually accurate and ready for use within the wider production pipeline

π¨ Texturing & Materials
- Creating realistic textures, materials and surface details that bring 3D models to life
- Using tools such as Substance 3D and other texturing software to achieve highly realistic results
- Developing materials that accurately reflect real-world surfaces, finishes and product details
- Working closely with the wider creative and post-production team to ensure assets meet the required visual style and creative direction
- Refining and polishing assets to achieve the highest possible level of realism and quality
π€ Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Working closely with the Head of Post-Production, creatives, designers and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Managing multiple projects and priorities whilst delivering to tight deadlines
- Taking ownership of your work and ensuring every asset is thoroughly checked before final delivery
- Adapting quickly to different creative briefs, products and visual styles
- Contributing fresh ideas, techniques and approaches to help push the agency's 3D capabilities forward
π What You'll Bring to the Table
- Proven experience creating photorealistic 3D products, objects and assets
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality modelling, texturing and realistic material creation
- Strong experience using one or more 3D modelling tools such as Rhino, KeyShot, AutoCAD or 3ds Max
- Experience using Substance 3D or similar tools for texturing and material creation
- A strong understanding of modelling techniques, topology, materials, texture mapping and photorealistic workflows
- An excellent eye for detail, proportion, surfaces and real-world accuracy
- The ability to interpret references and creative direction and translate them into high-quality 3D assets
- Strong graphic design or illustration skills would be a major advantage
- A creative mindset combined with excellent technical problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
- A proactive, curious approach with a genuine desire to continually develop your skills and explore new creative techniques
