Role: 3D Visualiser & 2D Draftsperson (Luxury/Scenic Events)

Reports to: Head of Scenic
Location: North West London
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Circa £50,000 dependent on experience

A leading UK event production company, the team works across some of the country’s most iconic venues, including the Natural History Museum, Tate, Kensington Palace, the company combines creative design, high-quality production and five-star hospitality to deliver memorable events.

About the Role

The team is looking for a creative, detail-focused 3D Visualiser & 2D Draftsperson to join its in-house Scenic (Art) Department. With around 3–5 years’ industry experience, the successful candidate will enjoy combining creative design with technical expertise. They will bring event concepts to life through compelling 3D visuals, accurate 2D plans and thoughtful spatial design. Working closely with the Event Design, Scenic and Production teams, the role will involve developing ideas, exploring creative solutions and ensuring designs are both visually exciting and practical to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualisation & Rendering

  • Create high-quality 3D visuals and renders for events, pitches and client presentations.
  • Turn concepts, mood boards and sketches into engaging event environments.
  • Explore layouts, materials, lighting and scenic treatments with the Event Design team.
  • Maintain a strong eye for composition, scale, detail and overall presentation quality.

2D Drafting & Spatial Planning

  • Produce accurate floor plans and event layouts.
  • Translate creative ideas into clear, practical drawings for Design, Production and Scenic teams.
  • Consider scale, access, guest flow and venue requirements.
  • Maintain venue drawings and build knowledge of key spaces and their possibilities.

Creative Input

  • Contribute ideas from the early stages of event design.
  • Identify opportunities and practical challenges within concepts.
  • Suggest creative, spatial and scenic solutions.
  • Work closely with the Scenic team to understand how ideas translate into physical builds.
