About Claremont

Claremont is a leading commercial interior design and fit-out company. We work with our clients from initial consultation right through to delivery to shape workspaces that meet the needs of organisations and their people. Unlike many of our competitors we are an employee-owned business which allows us to maintain our ethos of building lasting client relationships and looking after our people whilst improving our ability to retain and attract the best talent in the industry.

The role

We’re on the hunt for a 3D Visualiser, who knows the design and construction world and understands how to produce photorealistic renders to approved details and specifications. You would be required to model architectural buildings and creative interior design proposals.

If you love being in a creative environment, collaborating with interior designers, and contributing your ideas to the overall design process, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Asset Modelling

  • To read and understand architectural CAD plans to model existing buildings and surrounding external landscape environments.
  • Collaborating with interior designers to help model design assets such as furniture, bespoke joinery, lighting features etc.
  • Experience of using modelling software e.g. 3DS Max/Sketchup

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
