Freelance Midweight 3D Visualiser (Outside IR35)

The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded London creative studio specialising in retail environments, interiors and brand experiences. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Freelance Midweight 3D Visualiser with a strong understanding of Interior Design within the retail sector to join their creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a visualiser who enjoys taking creative concepts and transforming them into compelling, photorealistic 3D visuals. You’ll work closely with the design team to bring retail spaces, environments and concepts to life.

The Role

As a 3D Visualiser, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality 3D imagery and visualisations across a range of retail and interior projects. You’ll be involved throughout the creative process, from interpreting initial design concepts through to producing polished final visuals.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for interior spaces, materials, lighting, composition and detail, alongside strong technical skills in Cinema 4D.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
