Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Registered Nurse Positions
(ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, Emergency Department, OR RN, CVOR RN, RNFA)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license eligible to practice
- BLS Certification required (AHA)
- Relevant acute care, critical care, emergency nursing, or perioperative experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Additional specialty certifications may be required based on the position
- ACLS certification preferred and/or required after hire for select positions
- NIH Stroke Scale certification may be required based on department

Surgical Technologist / Surgical First Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent training
- Current certification preferred where applicable
- Surgical services experience preferred
Sterile Processing Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sterile Processing experience preferred
- CRCST certification preferred or required based on position
Credentials
Varies dependent upon role
