Real Estate Finance Solicitor | 3+ PQE

Lender-side Real Estate Finance | Central London | Fast-growing boutique

We’re working with a rapidly growing boutique property firm in Central London that is looking to strengthen its Real Estate Finance practice with the appointment of a 3+ PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is growing rapidly, with the chance to play a meaningful role in the continued development of its specialist property practice.

The successful candidate will act predominantly for lenders on a broad range of sophisticated real estate finance transactions, working alongside experienced property specialists in a genuinely collaborative environment.

The Role

Your work will focus on lender-side Real Estate Finance, including:

  • Acting for lenders across a range of real estate finance transactions
  • Acquisition and investment finance
  • Development finance
  • Refinancing and restructuring
  • Portfolio financing
  • Residential and commercial development schemes
  • Property due diligence and reporting
  • Reviewing and negotiating security documentation
  • Legal charges, debentures, guarantees and other security arrangements
  • Reviewing title, leases and occupational arrangements
  • Working alongside borrowers, developers, investors and other professional advisers
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion

About You

We’re looking for a 3+ PQE solicitor with solid Real Estate Finance experience and, crucially, experience acting for lenders.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 3+ years' PQE in Real Estate Finance
  • Strong lender-side experience
  • Experience handling transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Good technical knowledge of property finance and security
  • Experience across acquisition, development, investment or refinancing finance
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Confidence dealing directly with sophisticated clients and counterparties
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within a growing specialist practice
