Network & Infrastructure Project Engineer

£40,000-£50,000 DOE | Kent & London | Hybrid

Iglu is a Total Technology Partner helping organisations design, secure and operate modern workplaces. We're looking for an experienced engineer whose primary technical strength is networking, but who enjoys the variety of working across infrastructure, cloud, security and customer projects.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being the go-to technical resource for networking while remaining involved in the broader range of technologies found within a modern MSP.

The role

You will work closely with our CTO, Senior Infrastructure Engineers and wider technical teams to:

  • Lead network and infrastructure projects
  • Act as a 3rd-line escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Design, implement and troubleshoot customer networks
  • Support technical discovery, solution design and pre-sales activities
  • Deliver projects with minimal customer disruption
  • Assist with cyber security initiatives and incident response activities

Networking will be your primary specialism, but the role also provides exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, endpoint management and cyber security technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
