3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Manchester (near Salford Central Station, M3 5ET)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + discretionary performance-related bonus
Role: Hybrid

About the Role
As the 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and final escalation authority for the firm's Service Desk. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Owning complex infrastructure escalations and resolving advanced technical issues across the business.
- Managing and optimising core cloud systems, specifically Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, and M365 Administration.
- Acting as an assistant IT Manager by providing hands-on mentorship, guidance, and support to four 1st/2nd line engineers.
- Delivering key infrastructure projects, security updates, and operational enhancements to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
