Ad-Hoc Repair & Service
Reprotec offers to service or repair your scanning system; we specialise in large or wide format scanners, printers and plotters. We also install the appropriate software and applications including Nextimage and will assist in their migration to Windows 7, 8 or 10.
Additionally, we supply and fit appropriate consumables from glass plates, white plates, calibration sheets, lamps and lamp inserts.
Service Maintenance Agreement
Reprotec also offers maintenance agreements to ensure the best possible service. Your calls will take precedence over all ad-hoc repairs, it offers peace of mind and additionally guarantees an 8 hour response time.
The maintenance agreement covers call out fees, hourly rates, and all parts excluding consumables, making it a very economic option.
