Overview

  • Develop and maintain detailed 4D models by integrating construction schedules (Primavera P6 or similar) with 3D models (Revit/Navisworks/Synchro).
  • Collaborate with design teams, BIM coordinators, and planners to ensure accurate and realistic construction sequencing.
  • Support the tender process by creating 4D simulations for methodology presentations.
  • Developing 2D to 3D Models for context, logistics, temporary works and proposed works.
  • Providing quantity take off from 3D models assigned to programme tasks within the 4D model.
  • Support project planning with sequencing, phasing strategies, and logistics planning.
  • Conduct scenario modelling to assess programme risks and alternative build strategies.
  • Provide regular 4D progress updates and reporting for stakeholder engagement.
  • Support or lead 4D planning presentations for internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Act as a key liaison between design, planning, and site delivery teams to ensure model integrity.
  • Manage and maintain model versions for planning purposes.
  • Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and adherence to BIM and digital construction standards.

Essential

  • Proficiency in Synchro PRO 4D.
  • Sound knowledge of materials and products.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in 4D planning within the construction of logistics buildings and/or data centres.
  • Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D and Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of BIM Level 2+ standards and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret complex designs and construction programmes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Desirable

  • Sound knowledge of materials and products.
  • Experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Lean construction principles.
  • Knowledge of COBie and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Aconex).
  • Experience in using Adobe products such as After Effects & Adobe Pro.
