About The Event

The University of Warsaw is pleased to invite you to a vibrant event dedicated to the opportunities offered by the 4EU+ Alliance student opportunities and the 1CORE project.

This gathering will bring together students, academic staff, and guests for an inspiring exchange of experiences and ideas. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the wide range of initiatives available within the Alliance, listen to authentic student stories, and take part in interactive activities showcasing international academic collaboration in action.

We warmly encourage you to join us and discover how the 4EU+ Alliance is shaping the future of cross-border education and student mobility.

The 4EU+ 1CORE Dissemination Event will highlight how the 4EU+ Alliance connects universities across Europe and creates opportunities for students through mobility, joint programmes, and collaborative learning initiatives.

This event is organised within the framework of the 1CORE project, under Work Package 7 (Communication and Dissemination). It is implemented in collaboration with the Erasmus Student Network Poland (ESN).

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

11:00–11:30: Registration & Welcome

Check-in for registered participants (walk-ins also welcome)

11:30–11:45: Official Opening

Opening remarks by university leadership and 4EU+ representatives, including invited guests and a special video message from the 4EU+ Student Committee.

11:45–12:15: Lightning Talks: “Real Stories of Real Students”

Short inspiring talks featuring students, ambassadors, and project representatives sharing their personal 4EU+ experiences.

12:15–14:15: Interactive Tables & Networking Zones

A series of themed stations offering hands-on activities and discussions:

  • 4EU+ Mobility & Student Portal – map your study journey, explore mobility opportunities, test and improve the Student Portal
  • Challenge Lab – propose global challenges and university-based solutions linked to 4EU+ flagship initiatives
  • Student Ambassadors Corner – language games, photo booth, and interactive cultural activities
  • Student Committee Zone – share your ideas and help shape the future of university life

Small rewards and engagement activities will be available for participants visiting the stands!
