The Role in a Nutshell
You’ll join the store management team to:
- Drive sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor
- Reflect and uphold our company values and vision
- Ensure strict compliance with company procedures and policies

Responsibilities
With over 2,000 products tailored to every customer’s needs, our team educates and guides shoppers daily. We help customers discover:
- Products packed with natural, ethically sourced ingredients
- Community Trade-sourced products that support better lives globally
Your main focus as a Consultant: ✔ Expert product knowledge – Learn origins, benefits, and ethical sourcing ✔ Proactive engagement – Match customers with ranges that suit their lifestyle and preferences ✔ Inspire customers with our philosophy as much as our products

Requirements & Qualities
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong interpersonal skills – Ideal if you have customer service experience
- Active listening and clear communication
- A genuine love for beauty and retail
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
