🚀 HIRING: 4x Senior Business Development / Customer Success Managers

Remote-first. Warm pipeline. High conversion. Long-term customer ownership.

I’m hiring 4 exceptional commercial people for a Series-funded technology business entering a major growth phase.

🌍 This is a remote-first UK opportunity.

You’ll work remotely, with 1–2 trips to the office each month to collaborate with the wider team. And when you travel in?

Travel, hotel and food are fully covered by the business.

No commuting several days a week. No quietly absorbing hundreds of pounds in travel costs. You get the flexibility of remote working while still having meaningful face time with the team.

The opportunity

This isn’t your typical BDM role.

You won’t spend your week cold prospecting.

There’s an established SDR team generating warm, qualified opportunities and putting you in front of the right customers.

Your job is to make those conversations count.

We’re looking for people who can take genuine interest and turn it into revenue. People who can run brilliant discovery, understand what’s really driving a customer, build credibility with senior stakeholders and confidently move opportunities towards a decision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • 🤝 The relationship skills of a great Customer Success Manager

You get to own more of the customer journey - from qualified opportunity through to becoming a long-term commercial partner.

What we're looking for
