The Client:
An innovative PE backed fintech on an impressive growth trajectory are looking for a 5-8 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. You will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business.
Working autonomously, you will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters that are critical to the business's strategic objectives. As the company enters its next phase of expansion, this role offers the chance to be part of a transformative period, providing exposure to high profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate and commercial law advisory support on a wide range of matters to the Company and all internal stakeholders including at senior/Board level.
- Provide support on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder matters and ongoing corporate legal support.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.
- Provide general advice on ad-hoc legal matters as they arise.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a 5-8 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience from a leading law firm, technology, media or financial services/regulated environment. Applications from candidates from a private equity background would be welcome.
