We are looking for an experienced CNC lead programmer/setter/operator to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast-paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

The right candidate for the position will need the following skills.
- Experience in programming, setting, and operating a HAAS 5-axis CNC machine.
- Full understanding of complex work holding and jig fixture design.
- Experienced CAM programmer using SolidCAM.
- Experienced in CAD using Solidworks.
- Machining experience in a variety of materials.
