We are currently seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist to join a high-performance F1 team
This role is ideal for skilled 5-axis Machinist to join our team and help craft the components that power the F1 race cars to victory.
You will be working on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
This role is for a weekday shift, running from Tuesday to Friday 7.00 - 17.30
This role will be 100% based on site in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program 5-axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls
- Machine complex components to tight tolerances
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to produce precision parts
- Perform in-process inspections and ensure components meet quality standards
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve machining challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with F1 standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 5-axis CNC machinist, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-precision engineering
- Strong proficiency with Heidenhain software and control
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Formula One or motorsport environment
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., HyperMill, Mastercam)
- Understanding of composite layup and tooling processes
