Mint People are recruiting experienced, professional, and highly organised Spa Cleaning Supervisors to join the teams of some of the UK's most prestigious 5-star hotels, luxury spas, and wellness resorts.

Your Role

As a Spa Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest experiences the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa and wellness facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting the spa cleaning team to deliver exceptional 5-star cleaning standards.
  • Ensuring all spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing facilities, poolsides, thermal suites, gyms, and public areas are maintained to immaculate standards.
  • Conducting regular quality inspections and maintaining detailed cleaning schedules and records.
  • Leading, motivating, and training team members while ensuring productivity and attention to detail remain consistently high.
  • Managing stock levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, linen, and guest amenities.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures, COSHH regulations, and luxury brand standards.
  • Working closely with Spa Management and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Responding professionally to guest requests and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a cleaning team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards.
  • Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety procedures, and cleaning best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to perform well in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Availability to work a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of the operational requirements of a luxury spa.
