Your Role
As a Spa Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest experiences the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa and wellness facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the spa cleaning team to deliver exceptional 5-star cleaning standards.
- Ensuring all spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing facilities, poolsides, thermal suites, gyms, and public areas are maintained to immaculate standards.
- Conducting regular quality inspections and maintaining detailed cleaning schedules and records.
- Leading, motivating, and training team members while ensuring productivity and attention to detail remain consistently high.
- Managing stock levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, linen, and guest amenities.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures, COSHH regulations, and luxury brand standards.
- Working closely with Spa Management and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Responding professionally to guest requests and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a cleaning team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards.
- Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety procedures, and cleaning best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to perform well in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Availability to work a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of the operational requirements of a luxury spa.
