Chef de Partie
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a leading 5* hotel at the forefront of the industry, under the stewardship of a talented Executive Chef.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll support the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing the MEP and service of a timeless classic. You’ll operate across multi-concept outlets, afternoon tea services, and bespoke catering.

The Person
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or at a similar level within a 5 Star standard hotel or restaurant is essential for this role.
- Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
- Proficient in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
