Role
We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to join our Alumni and Fundraising team in a varied and rewarding role that provides the operational backbone of our development activity. In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality coordination and administrative support to the team, including proactive diary management for the Associate Director and Head of Alumni and Fundraising
- Act as the first point of contact for supporter and donor enquiries, managing these professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM system, generating reports and mailing lists as required
- Support the planning and delivery of donor and alumni events, from logistics through to on-the-day coordination
- Process invoices and payments in line with University financial procedures
- Conduct desk-based research to identify and profile prospective supporters, trusts, and funding sources
