Faculty Marketing and Recruitment Manager
Are you a creative and organised marketing leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative and passionate marketing professional to lead our Marketing team in the Faculty of Health, Education and Human Science (FEHHS). This post combines creativity with operational excellence and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment who can balance compelling brand storytelling with practical delivery and inspiring leadership.
Purpose Of The Role
You will spearhead the marketing for the three academic schools within FEHHS (School of Education, School of Health Sciences and School of Human Sciences) and their diverse portfolios of programmes, as well as supporting the Faculty's research institute, the ILD. You will lead the development of the faculty marketing strategy and its operational implementation. You will support your team to deliver recruitment campaigns, digital communications, and faculty events that attract and convert prospective students. You'll be the go-to person for faculty marketing and work collaboratively with colleagues in Marketing and External Relations, other faculties and external agencies. You'll also be a member of the faculty Professional Services leadership group.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
