What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to our People & Culture team and people leaders by coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, preparing employment documentation, and managing HR administration. You provide the first level of advice for employees.
- You'll be the go-to person for keeping systems up to date, issuing accurate employment agreements, coordinating various People & Culture activities, and maintaining a seamless experience for candidates and employees.
- You’ll also support bringing processes across four People & Culture teams together while helping the team navigate the dynamics of a multiple systems while we bring these together.
- You will have additional responsibilities for Payroll activities providing back-up support to Payroll function and responsible for regular payroll activities.

To be successful in this role, the minimum qualifications required are:
- Previous experience in administration work, preferably in People & Culture with experience in e-recruitment and payroll systems
- Confidence and drive to provide professional support to internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- A related tertiary qualification is preferred
- High level of technical capability across the MS suite
