68 Fitness London is a fitness and wellness brand founded by Tamara “TK” Kramer, based at Studio 68 London. We provide high-energy group fitness, personal training, women’s fitness, over-40s coaching, and corporate wellness programmes, helping people build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy habits. Role Description
68 Fitness Representatives at Studio 68 London will support the daily operation of the studio’s fitness and dance programs, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all participants. In this part-time, on-site role based in London, team members will:
- Greet clients
- Assist with class check-ins
- Answer questions
- Provide information about schedules, pricing, and studio policies
- Help set up and maintain fitness and dance spaces
- Coordinate basic equipment needs
- Support instructors before and after sessions
- Promote studio offerings
- Encourage class participation
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that aligns with Studio 68 London’s brand and community values

Qualifications
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including professional communication, active listening, and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Interest or experience in fitness, dance, or performing arts, with comfort working in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle check-ins, class coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to follow studio procedures and support health and safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and interact respectfully with clients from varied backgrounds and skill levels.
- Basic digital literacy to manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and support social media or promotional activities when needed.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or fitness/dance studio role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, at the studio location in London.
