With an inviting atmosphere and approximately 60 seats, our establishment promises an unforgettable dining experience. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced full time Head Waiter / Waitress to work in one of their most iconic venues in Central London, this is the stunning restaurant, situated inside the world famous Fitzrovia district.
Full time (45hrs per week) - 5 days operations
Up to £34,700.00 gross pay per annum (depend on experience) / negotiable
We only accept candidates eligible to work full-time in the UK

Job Responsibilities
The Head Waiter/Waitress will:
- Be able to work weekends
- Take orders, provide detailed menu knowledge, and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Be a team player
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely service
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all dining areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation standards
- Supervise during service to ensure all procedures and standards are respected
- Uphold the highest of standards, ensuring that consistency is maintained at all times
- Maintain a calm demeanour at all times and a professional approach to stressful situations
- Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Follow company grooming standards
- Maintain an immaculate presentation at all times

Qualifications
Requirements for the position
- Have minimum 1 years’ experience working in a very high level establishment (Luxury Hotels - Luxury restaurants)
- Be genuinely passionate about the hospitality industry and a real foodie
- Be a hardworking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a good command of the English language both written and spoken
- Have great organisational skills
- Be able to commit the menu to memory
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do attitude as well as work flexibility (bank holidays or weekends)
