Salary: £15.00 - £15.29 per hour
Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Driver to work for our well-respected client based in Stockport. Please note that manual handling is required as you will be required to deliver food/ fresh produce to businesses.
Please be advised that this is a temp to perm position so the right candidate will be offered a full-time job.
Duties Include For The 7.5T Driver
- Safe and responsible driving of the HGV 7.5T vehicle
- Conducting daily vehicle checks
- Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress.
- Completing paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements Of The 7.5T Driver
- Valid C1 (7.5T) Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience
- No DDs, DRs, INs, or TTs
- Good time management and reliability
Hours are generally 7am starts – average 9 hour days. Start date is ASAP.
Pay Rates (Paid Weekly Via PAYE)
Whilst employed with Driver Hire Stockport you will receive £15.00ph. If you choose to have your holidays paid upfront it increases to 16.81ph
