We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional 7.5T Driver to join our client's team based in Castleford. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries to their customers, while representing our company to a high standard.
The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 07:00am to 16:30pm
Your Time at Work
As a 7.5T Delivery Driver your key responsibilities include:
- Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes
- Loading and unloading goods safely
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full
- Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations
- Providing excellent customer service on delivery

Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions)
- Physically fit - some manual handling will be required
- Good communication and time management skills
- Previous 7.5T driving experience essential
- Knowledge of the local area
