Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis: Lead the analysis and design of proposals and presentations, synthesizing inputs into a coherent storyline.
- Communication: Package content for impact, coordinate inputs across the team, and ensure clear internal messaging.
- Financials: Prepare P&L and validate financial assumptions.
- Proposal Management: Provide timely input and ensure all required inputs from team members are received.
- Leading Teams: Provide guidance and review the work of analysts.
- Client Management: Not applicable.
- Client Meeting: Lead clarification sessions and contribute actively during prebid or proposal meetings.

Qualifications:

- With at least 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, business analyst, project manager, or any related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with above-average presentation and data analysis capabilities.
- Amenable to work on-site in a hybrid set-up (2x-3x onsite) in Ortigas; still amendable even if the company transitions to full on-site in the future.
