Neighbourhood Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Neighbourhood Service Manager to lead our Guildford Adult Community Mental Health service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the delivery of high-quality, integrated care across local communities, working in close partnership with primary care, social care and voluntary sector organisations.

As the service manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and performance of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to the diverse needs of adults. You will champion a culture of collaboration, recovery and inclusion, enabling teams to deliver person-centred care while promoting staff wellbeing and development.

You will play a vital role in shaping and developing the integrated neighbourhood model, contributing to strategic planning, service improvement and quality assurance.

If you are invited for the interview, as part of the interview process there are psychometric assessments to be completed before the interview (remotely). On the day, you will complete an in-tray exercise before the interview.

Feel free to contact Jemma Richardson, General Manager SW Neighbourhood for any questions or arrange a visit.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
