📚 We’re expanding our tutor team at Strata Tuition!

Following the launch of Strata Tuition in Nottingham, we’re growing our team of tutors and looking for passionate people who want to make a real difference to young people.

At Strata, we’re not just about grades. Our approach is built around Grades, Grit, Growth. We want to help students achieve academically, build confidence and resilience, develop strong study habits, and ultimately become young people who believe in what they’re capable of.

We’re looking for tutors who genuinely enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow - whether that’s explaining a tricky concept, preparing someone for an exam, or encouraging them to aim higher.

We’re particularly looking for tutors who can teach:

  • A-Level Biology
  • A-Level Physics
  • A-Level Maths
  • A-Level English

📍 Location: In person, Unit 1B, Adam Court, New Basford, Nottingham
💷 Role: Flexible, paid tutoring
👥 Class size: Typically 3-6 students

The role can work particularly well alongside university, postgraduate study, or another job. Graduates and current students are both welcome to apply.

As a Strata tutor, you’ll:

  • Teach small, supportive groups
  • Help students build confidence and exam skills
  • Support students beyond the syllabus through mentoring and guidance
  • Develop your own teaching and communication skills
  • Earn flexible, meaningful paid work
  • Be part of a team that genuinely cares about young people’s futures
