Role Description
The A2P Relationship Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing A2P messaging partnerships with carriers, aggregators, and enterprise clients. This role involves:

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Handling daily account communication
- Ensuring timely resolution of operational or commercial issues

Additionally, the A2P Relationship Manager will:
- Monitor traffic performance
- Analyze routing and quality metrics
- Coordinate with technical and NOC teams to maintain service reliability and compliance
The role includes:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing proposals
- Participating in contract negotiations
- Supporting pricing and margin optimization
The A2P Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders on:
- Product improvements
- Reporting
- Process enhancements
To strengthen Harinet’s A2P offering.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in A2P messaging operations, traffic monitoring, and routing or quality analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales support, business development, opportunity identification, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, use of CRM tools, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, issue resolution, and coordination with technical or NOC teams.
- Relevant experience in telecom, wholesale messaging, or international voice/A2P services is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and the ability to work independently in a remote, global environment are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
