The Resourcing Team plays a vital role in shaping the workforce of Social Security Scotland. We lead the recruitment of staff across the organisation, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver the benefits and services promised to the people of Scotland.
We are seeking a motivated Resourcing Support team member to deliver a professional and positive recruitment experience. In this role you will be a key point of contact for candidates and colleagues, supporting them throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of recruitment based administrative tasks for both individual and large-scale recruitment campaigns. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability and attention to detail are essential.

Based in the Strategic Resourcing team within the People and Place division, your work will focus on delivering recruitment in line with legislation, organisational policies, service level agreements and the Civil Service Commission Recruitment Principles.
