Beehive ABA is a specialized service provider offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) support to neurodivergent children and young people. Role Description

The ABA/VB Consultant; Behaviour Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role involves assessing learners, designing individualized ABA/VB programs, and supervising the implementation of interventions in home, school, and community settings. The consultant conducts functional behavior assessments, develops behavior support plans, and monitors progress using data collection and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and training behavior technicians, educators, and caregivers, as well as providing feedback and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols. The Behaviour Analyst also participates in multidisciplinary meetings, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to ongoing service improvement and clinical quality.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior, including assessment, program design, and behavior support planning.
  • Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and using data-driven methods to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
  • Strong skills in training, supervising, and mentoring support staff, educators, and family members in ABA/VB implementation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant professional certification or registration (e.g., BCBA or equivalent), or eligibility and commitment to obtain such credentials.
  • Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, special education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with autistic and other neurodivergent individuals in clinical, educational, or community settings.
  • Ability to work on-site in London, manage a caseload, maintain accurate records, and follow ethical and safeguarding guidelines.
