Role Description
The ABA/VB Tutor will provide one-to-one and small group teaching using ABA and Verbal Behavior (VB) principles to support learners’ communication, social, and daily living skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Implementing individualized behavior and teaching programs
- Collecting accurate data on learner performance
- Following behavior support plans under the guidance of a supervisor or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Preparing learning materials
- Participating in team meetings
- Communicating regularly with families and colleagues about learner progress

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, requiring consistent attendance and active engagement in ongoing training and supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in ABA and Verbal Behavior methodologies, including implementing behavior support plans and teaching programs.
- Skills in data collection, observation, and basic analysis to track progress and inform instructional decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice in all interactions and documentation.
- Patience, reliability, and a learner-centered mindset, with the ability to follow structured protocols and adapt to individual needs.
- Prior experience working with neurodivergent children or individuals with additional learning needs is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in psychology, education, special education, or a related field is preferred; willingness to pursue further ABA training or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in London, including possible early morning or after-school hours, depending on learner schedules.
