Role Description
As an ABA/VB Tutor at Beehive ABA, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support to clients using ABA and Verbal Behavior (VB) teaching methods. You will implement individualized behavior and learning programs, collect and record session data, and follow treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or clinical supervisor. Daily tasks include running structured teaching trials, using natural environment teaching, supporting communication skill development, and managing behavior in line with established protocols. You will communicate regularly with supervisors and families regarding progress, participate in team meetings, and attend ongoing trainings to maintain high-quality service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

- Ability to implement ABA and Verbal Behavior programs, follow behavior support plans, and accurately collect and record data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience while supporting individuals with diverse behavioral and learning needs.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads, prepare session materials, and document progress consistently.
- Willingness to receive supervision, participate in training, and apply feedback to improve practice.
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences (in schools, clinics, or home settings) is highly beneficial.
- Preferred education includes coursework or a degree in psychology, education, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in London and meet any local regulatory or safeguarding requirements (such as background checks or clearances).
