ABM / Outbound Campaign Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 Remote First

We're working with a growing B2B SaaS business that helps multi-site hospitality operators run more efficiently through workforce and operational technology. Following recent investment and an exciting period of growth, they're looking to hire an ABM / Outbound Campaign Manager to take ownership of highly targeted marketing campaigns that directly influence pipeline and revenue.

This is not a traditional demand generation role. The business has moved to a true account-based marketing approach, focusing on a clearly defined target market and a named list of ideal customer accounts. You'll work closely with Sales to create campaigns that engage the right prospects, generate meaningful conversations, and support business growth.

The company is in an exciting phase, with a major product enhancement and rebrand on the horizon, making this an excellent opportunity to join a business where your work will have visible impact.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll take ownership of ABM activity from strategy through to execution and performance measurement. You'll be joining a small, collaborative team where everyone has a voice and ideas are encouraged.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing targeted ABM and outbound campaigns focused on named accounts and priority market sectors.
  • Working closely with Sales to develop targeting strategies, messaging, campaigns and follow-up activity.
  • Managing campaigns across email, social, events, content and marketing automation channels.
  • Owning webinars, events and industry engagement activities that support account-based outreach.
  • Managing relationships with key industry partners and associations.
  • Tracking campaign performance and using data to continuously improve results.
  • Briefing and coordinating content and creative assets to support campaigns.
  • Supporting lead nurture, automation and CRM activity.
  • Helping drive awareness and engagement around a major upcoming product launch and company rebrand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • 2-5 years' experience within B2B marketing, campaign marketing, ABM, demand generation or outbound marketing.
  • Experience creating and managing targeted campaigns that generate pipeline for a sales team.
  • A solid understanding of account-based marketing and how it differs from traditional lead generation.
  • Experience working closely alongside sales teams in a revenue-focused environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset and a focus on measuring commercial impact.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation and sales engagement tools.

Experience within hospitality, hospitality technology, HR tech, workforce management or related SaaS environments would be advantageous but is by no means essential. Candidates who have worked in hospitality earlier in their careers, or who simply have a genuine interest in the sector, are encouraged to apply.
