About the Company

A global tenant experience technology platform for commercial real estate, supporting more than 800 buildings across multiple international markets. The business works with leading institutional real estate owners and operators and is continuing to scale its commercial and marketing capability.

The Role

This is a field-based, account-based marketing role for someone who understands how enterprise B2B deals are won through relationships, presence and credibility well before a formal procurement process begins.

You will own the field marketing motion across a defined list of named accounts across the EU, US and APAC. Your focus will be on building awareness, relationships and trust with buyers and influencers, while working closely with sales and customer teams to support the most strategically important opportunities.

Success will be measured through the quality of relationships built, relevant rooms entered and commercial opportunities influenced.

What You'll Do

  • Build detailed intelligence on named accounts, including organisational structure, key buyers, renewal timelines and relevant market signals.
  • Drive targeted outreach and strengthen the company's reputation across the institutional commercial real estate community.
  • Originate and run events including roundtables, dinners and trade shows, with activity clearly linked to named-account outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on field support for significant new-logo opportunities alongside account executives and customer success teams.
  • Standardise field marketing planning, budgeting and reporting across regions.
  • Turn market intelligence, such as vacancy trends, ownership changes and senior hires, into actionable commercial activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
