Department: Go-to-Market

Location: Remote, UK

Description

We are hiring a strategic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design, launch, and execute our enterprise ABM programme. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and engaging a defined set of high-value accounts through highly personalised, multi-channel campaigns. Your primary objective will be to build a robust pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and grow our share of wallet within strategic accounts.

Working at the intersection of sales and marketing, you will establish deep alignment with sales teams to develop joint account plans, cultivate executive relationships, and deliver measurable growth against non-ABM baselines.

The role will be remote, UK based with occasional travel for company events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Selection & Strategy

    • Work with sales leadership to define and prioritise target account tiers, building account and buying-committee intelligence to inform campaign approach.
  • Personalised Campaign Design & Execution

    • Build and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns (direct mail, personalised digital, targeted events, executive outreach) tailored to named accounts, working with the Campaign Content Marketer for tailored assets and the Field Marketing Exec for account-level events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
