We are looking for a strategic, influential, and innovative Above Country (Global) Content Clearance Lead (m/f/d) to join us in our ACE Content & Clearance team
About the role
You will help define and drive the global governance strategy for the review and approval of medical and product-related communications. You will ensure that content is scientifically robust, ethically sound, and compliant with global regulatory requirements. Acting as a trusted partner to Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams, you will help shape effective communication strategies while driving innovation, process excellence, and consistency across global and local markets.
Who you'll work with
You will work closely with colleagues across Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, E&BI, Commercial, and affiliate teams worldwide. As a key leader within the content ecosystem, you will chair above country clearance committees, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and partner with reviewers, coordinators, vendors, and industry experts. Together, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant communications that support better outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals.
What you'll do
- Execute the global communications governance strategy.
- Chair global review committees and drive aligned decision-making.
- Provide medical review for high-impact scientific and product communications.
- Establish governance standards, performance metrics, and review processes.
- Support digital innovation across content review and approval platforms.
- Support training, mentoring, and capability-building programs globally.

Interested?
For this role we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- Advanced scientific, medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related degree.
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience within Medical, Regulatory, or Compliance functions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of digital content platforms, artificial intelligence, modular content, and Veeva PromoMats.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Fluent English is required. Fluency in at least one additional European language is desirable.
