Job Description
Job Purpose
This role reports to the Senior Digital Manager for ABS in Digital Technology Solutions function (DTS), this role will provide day-to-day ownership of the ABS product portfolio and ensuring that technology investment delivers tangible business value.
The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 40 products and applications used across Audit & Assurance and Business Outsourcing Services (BOS). Working closely with business leadership, end users, vendors and DTS colleagues, the Product Manager will identify pain points, shape priorities, manage demand and ensure product roadmaps align to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and governance of the ABS product portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with Audit and BOS teams to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related demand, ensuring requests are triaged, prioritised and progressed effectively.
- Maintain and manage a transparent product backlog, balancing business value, risk, efficiency and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience and increase adoption of existing technology.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage issues, influence future development and maximise value from supplier relationships.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on priorities, progress, risks and strategic opportunities.
- Support the development of business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation activities.
Qualifications
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working within professional services, audit, accounting or business outsourcing environments.
- Knowledge of product management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party software providers.
- Exposure to change management, digital transformation or AI-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern SaaS applications.
Key Competencies
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a similar business-facing technology role.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing demand, backlogs and competing stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
