Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London - Up to £50,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider, covering a portfolio of sites across London. You'll be an experienced mobile AC engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites. In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £50,000 with door to door travel paid.
Hours of Work
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across a mobile portfolio
- Fault-finding and repairs on [split systems / VRF / VRV
- Servicing and maintaining AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning
- Refrigerant handling and leak testing
- Completing job sheets and service reports
- Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner
Package
- Up to £50,000 basic
- Door to door travel paid
- Van / fuel card
- Holiday, pension, overtime, call-out

Requirements
- Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- F-Gas
- Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Proven experience as a mobile AC engineer
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
